By accessing or using Footrix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Footrix on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
The Footrix service
Footrix provides football-related information and features that may include live scores, fixtures, statistics, news, alerts, and personalised feeds. Features, coverage, availability, and presentation may change over time.
Live scores, statistics, and schedules may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Footrix information is for general entertainment and information—not betting, financial, or professional advice.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping account credentials confidential. Notify Footrix support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You may not create an account if prohibited by applicable law.
Some functionality may require a compatible device, internet connection, third-party account, or permission to send notifications. Carrier or data charges may apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Footrix for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Copy, scrape, harvest, republish, or commercially exploit service data without permission.
- Interfere with security, access controls, networks, servers, or other users.
- Upload malware or attempt to reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.

Content and intellectual property
Footrix and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, branding, graphics, layout, databases, and original content. Club names, competition names, badges, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
If you submit feedback or content, you retain any rights you already hold and grant Footrix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display it as necessary to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footrix is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free information, availability of any particular match or competition, or compatibility with every device.
Third-party links, data feeds, advertisements, or services are controlled by their respective providers. Footrix is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Footrix and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made in reliance on service information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Footrix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk or harm, or where required by law. Provisions intended by their nature to continue after termination will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect service, business, or legal changes. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
Governing rules
These terms are governed by the applicable laws and courts associated with the Footrix operator’s registered location, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
